This recipe was super simple and took less than thirty minutes to make. Here's the link for the original recipe:

Because I didn't have all the ingredients I made my own version. This is the list of ingredients I used.
Three Italian sausage links
Two bell peppers
Minced garlic
Butter
Vegetable oil
Salt
Garlic powder
Dried oregano
Complete seasoning
1 box of angel hair pasta
First I put a pot of water to boil, with salt and a little vegetable oil, for the pasta. While waiting for the water to start boiling, I browned my sausage on all sides. Once the sausage was done I sliced it and put it aside.
When that's done I placed butter and oil into another skillet. (Since I didn't have the wine, I just added some extra butter and oil) Once the butter was melted and sizzled I added the sliced bell peppers.
I added the pasta around this point. Make sure to stir so it doesn't clump together.
Then I added all my seasoning and spices to the bell peppers. The salt, garlic powder, complete seasoning, and oregano.
Once the peppers were softened I added my sliced sausage and let it cook until the middle of the sausage was browned and the juices escaped from the them.
Then I added my minced garlic and cooked it for a couple of minutes.
Drain your noddles pour them in a bowl. Pour the mixture over them. Toss the noodles until evenly coated then your done!
Bon apetit!
